We only collect what you choose to send through the commission form:
Your browser also sends basic technical information (such as device and general location) to the site host as part of normal web traffic.
Your information is used for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and create and deliver your commissioned portrait. It is not used for advertising, and it is never sold.
This site stores a single small setting in your browser to remember your choice on the cookie banner. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If website analytics are ever added, they will load only after you accept.
The website is hosted and its contact form is processed by Netlify, which stores form submissions (including any attached photo) so they can be delivered to Nakobe. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Email replies are sent using a standard email provider.
Inquiry details and reference photos are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and, if you commission a piece, to complete and record the work. You can ask to have your information deleted at any time.
You can ask to see the information held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email Nakobesmp@gmail.com and it will be handled promptly.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending anything you consider highly sensitive through the form.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
